Instead of studying, I’ve been doing this. (Ohhh, me. -_-)
The lower left one was the cover before I modified it to distance the disaccharide molecule a little from the plus sign. Lower right is how it sort of looks like from the inside before I add buttons.

Uh, you can easily guess what molecules are on the front cover… Instead of studying, I’ve been doing this. (Ohhh, me. -_-)

Another personal favorite of mine. Pardon the unpleasant scale and shape of the tubes and pipette tip above. :p

For two days I had been experimenting with shades of… brown?

This one is my personal favorite, inspired by the notes from last month’s workshop (yeah, I mentioned about that and my PI, right?) that I had lying around on my desk.

You can probably read the obvious captions and which parts of plants they point to. Butterfly added only to fill up blank space. :p

Behind the scenes at Halloween with Ph.Diddy.

I’ve been seeing mystery bands of all sorts today (“Is this heterozygous or mutant?!” and “Why does this het one look like wild type?!”) and I was tempted to check whether Life Technologies has another video of these folks.

Aaand here it is. (The music is a variant from Ph.Diva and The Mystery Band, which makes epic.)

Stuck doing this game for hours by now. It’s been so long since I last did and now I even forgot my ID - had to make a new one. :V

Biorad’s GTCA Song (parody of YMCA, obviously).

Showed this to my friends during the extended wait for the tutorials to start. We had a good laugh.
